Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions that match their requirements
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and procurement teams to develop accurate quotations and solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to closing deals and after-sales follow-up
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity updates for management
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or related field)
- 3 years of proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering
- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to translate features into benefits
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Good Communication skills
