Project Supervisor

Location: Tripoli 

The Technical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all technical activities within the Projects Department. This includes supervising installation, maintenance, and commissioning of solar systems, low current networks, CCTV, and alarm systems… The role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and technical specifications.

REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS  and SKILLS:

· Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field

· Minimum of 5 years of technical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role

· Strong expertise in technical operations, troubleshooting, and project management

. Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and documentation

· Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo is a plus) and Microsoft Office tools

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage

 

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise technical teams on-site for solar, low current, CCTV, and alarm system projects.
  • Prepare weekly project plan and schedule and communicate it with the top management, technical team and related clients
  • Ensure all project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to technical specifications.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team leaders and technicians
  • Monitor team performance and provide technical guidance and training as needed.
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving support.
  • Review and update project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Ensure that Team leaders and technicians work in adherence with Tech Store Safety policy and standards and committed to safety tools policy.
  • Conduct quality checks on installations and ensure systems function optimally.
  • Liaise with project Coordinator, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Report project progress, issues, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, work orders, and technical logs.
  • Prepare technical reports and post-project evaluations
  • Report staff daily schedule, overtime, absenteeism to the HR and Admin department on a weekly basis
