Warehouse Manager

Are you a skilled Warehouse Manager with a strong background in organizing stock, optimizing storage systems, and leading a productive team? Responsibilities
- o Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
- o Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity to ensure high performance
- o Ensure all warehouse activities are compliant with internal policies and safety regulations
- o Monitor and control inventory levels using inventory management systems
- o Coordinate with procurement and other departments to manage stock replenishments and minimize discrepancies
- o Organize warehouse layout and storage systems for optimal space utilization and efficiency
- o Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reporting of variances
- o Oversee the proper handling of damaged or returned goods and maintain accurate records
- o Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards across the warehouse
- o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities and performance indicators
Qualifications
- o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- o Minimum of 5–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- o Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory management, and stock control procedures
- o Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory software; Odoo experience is a plus
- o Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
- o Solid understanding of warehouse safety regulations
- o Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
