Responsibilities
- 1- Project Planning and Management:
- Oversee all stages of project delivery—from initiation and design coordination to implementation, commissioning, and handover.
- Review project scopes, technical assessment, and execution plan in coordination with the engineering and sales teams.
- Define project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure efficient execution of all technical operations.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control and profitability.
- Manage priorities across multiple ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery.
- 2- Departmental Coordination:
- Coordinate closely with the Technician supervisor and projects coordinator to ensure workflow alignment and project readiness.
- Oversee the follow up on procurement and logistics to secure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- 3- Quality and Safety Assurance:
- Enforce adherence to Tech Store’s quality control and safety policy.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor work progress and compliance with standards.
- Approve technical and commissioning reports before client submission.
- 4- Leadership and Team Development:
- Set team objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and professional development support.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- 5- Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare and present progress reports, project dashboards, and performance summaries to management.
- Review and approve project documentation, including BOQs, schedules, change orders, and close-out reports.
- Support management in strategic planning and business development related to operations.
- 6- Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Handle escalations, technical issues, and client feedback professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
Qualifications
- 1- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
- 2- 7 years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership/operation’s supervisory role.
- 3- Proven experience in renewable energy systems (solar PV, inverters, battery systems) and low-current solutions (CCTV, networking, access control, fire alarm).
- 4- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, budgeting, and resource planning.
- 5- Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and quality systems.
- 6- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- 7- Strategic planning and decision-making skills.
- 8- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- 9- Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
