We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and elevate branch performance. If you're a natural leader with a passion for strategy, customer relationships, and team success, this role is your stage. Take charge of all sales divisions within the branch and help us grow smarter and faster—with the right tools, team, and tactics in place.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales activities within the branch, ensuring targets are met across different sales units.
- Develop, execute, and monitor effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance metrics.
- Analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and manage the client pipeline for maximum conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
