Responsibilities

  • Understand client needs to offer the best solution.
  • Working closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Create and present compelling product demonstrations that clearly showcase our offerings.
  • Build trust with both new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and continuous engagement.
  • Utilize CRM systems and data analytics tools to track performance, forecast trends.
  • Stay informed on the last industry trends, competitive insights and emerging sales methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Keep an organized and updated pipeline to ensure every lead is nurtured and followed up on promptly.
  • Effectively present products or services to potential customers, highlighting key benefits.
  • Supervising the follow up with Techstore clients.
  • Managing the turnkey solution sales team by ensuring a smooth and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field.
  • 4 to 5 years sales experience, preferably within the tech industry with a minimum 2 years in a managerial or supervising position.
  • Proficiency in using data, CRM software, and market analysis to drive informed sales strategies.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of closing deals.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strong leadership skill.
  • Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Using SWOT to increase sales.
