Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales and revenue growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage e-commerce platforms and optimize digital sales channels.
- Develop long-term online sales growth strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct training for the online sales team to enhance their performance and digital sales skills.
- Utilize sales data to assess performance, predict trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the utilization of CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze customer data foe insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in sales management, with 2 years in a managerial position , and a focus on online or e-commerce sales.
- Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies and sales analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
